Jasper National Park to host Annual Public Forum

Jasper National Park is holding its annual year-in-review.

On April 27, Parks Canada staff will present highlights of the past year and explain coming priorities at the Jasper National Park Annual Public Forum.

The evening starts at 6:30 p.m. with Jasper Field Unit Superintendent Alan Fehr’s address, followed by presentations focused on the caribou recovery program, wildfire risk reduction and an update from the Indigenous Relations team, according to Parks Canada.

A public question and answer session will start at 7:30 p.m.

More information, including the meeting link, the 2021 Annual Report and an agenda will be available in the weeks ahead. Stay tuned to The Jasper Local for details.
